Scott Bittner, 42, graduated from Illinois State, where he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He owned Eureka Locker Inc., in Eureka. Scott’s generosity to the community was well-known, as he worked with local farmers and consumers. He was knowledgeable and personable, giving customers a first-class experience. He was an avid golfer and dedicated sports fan. He loved attending all of his children’s activities. His family was his passion, and he was a devoted husband and father. Scott leaves behind a wife, Carrie, a daughter, Ella, and a son, Hayden.
